Approach
The primary objective is to work closely with senior management with the added benefit of more personalized services. Efficiency and utilization of time is much improved with communication exchanges between us by web based cloud services and email and other compatible software systems.
The basic commitment is to fit the services to the unique legal needs of the business at an affordable and predictable cost. Fee structure options enable the client and company to fit the projected legal cost within a budget, and forecast legal cost just like any other monthly expense, thereby eliminating fees based on fluctuating "hours billed" in a particular month.
Whatever approach and structure best fits your needs, the company obtains the benefit of having an "inhousegc", at a fraction of the cost of hiring a full-time or permanent general counsel.
